What payments do you accept through completefurniture.ie ?
All payments are processed through Bank of Ireland and PayPal which accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are 100% secure and are processed through secure servers. We will never have access to your card details at any stage.
Do I need to create an account to order of completefurniture.ie ?
No, you do not need to register your details with us, you can however click remember my details when you place an order and this will remember your name, address and email
Is ordering online safe through your website ?
Yes, 100% all orders are processed through Evalon and PayPal with their encrypted systems. We will never have access to your card details at any stage.
Is it possible to save my credit card for reordering ?
No.
Do you share any of my information with anyone else ?
No. All information is not shared with any third party.
How will I know that you have received my order?
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
You will also receive an email from PayPal / Evalon that your payment was succesfulif you paid through PayPal / Stripe.
What is your returns policy?
1. Your Right to Cancel (The "Cooling-Off" Period)

When it starts: The 14 days begin the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the physical goods.
The Deadline: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement. You can do this by:

3. Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to physically return the goods to us.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Refunds
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
